My name is Victoria Hines, I’m a certified professional K9 trainer & behavioral specialist. My love for animals led me to getting a job with Camp Bow Wow right out of high school. After working there for a number of years, I knew I had a calling to work with dogs. I then went on to attend and graduate from Starmark Academy, a school for dog trainers, in October of 2015 and from there completed their internship program as well where I was able to help teach the next class of future trainers. After completing the internship, I started my career as a dog trainer at Best Retrievers in Paige, TX and that was the best decision I could have ever made for myself as a professional dog trainer. I trained under Best Retrievers until March of 2020. Through my time there, I was able to get a great deal of experience working with puppy imprinting, basic obedience training, gundog training and also training the owners! In March of 2020, I made the decision to move back home to Louisiana to be closer to family and to start my own training operation, Delta Dog! Starting out, I was only able to offer in-home private lessons, which brought great success, until now! I’m so excited to now be able to offer boarding & training programs at our brand new facility in Walker, LA!
